  • Please use Megan's Bridal Corner email to contact us.  If you prefer a human, contact customer service at 830-947-4461.  Our gowns are quite beautiful and in demand, and as you can imagine, we get quite busy.  We will make every effort to reply to all inquiries within a 24 hour period!
  • Megan's Bridal Corner strives to exceed your customer service expectations.  On occasion we will need to contact our manufacturers in order to answer your questions and provide exact shipping quotes.  We ask for your patience in this matter.
  • Order Placement:  Please be sure to list the style number, chart size, material and color specifications when ordering.  Please allow 2 - 3 days for processing of your order(and payment).
  • Accepted Method of Payment:  Megan's Bridal Corner accepts PayPal and personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks.  For paypal, we have the account, you don't need one! (you can use your credit card or your bank account).  For payments made by checks and money orders, we will not begin your order until the check has been processed through both banks.
  • Shipping charges have remained steady for quite a number of months, but always be safe and email us for exact figures!
  • Method of Shipment:  All shipments will be sent via Express Mail Service.  Depending on your location, please allow 6 weeks for delivery of your order.  Faster delivery is also available via Federal Express for an additional charge.  Again, contact us for a shipping quote.  Also note:  Gowns are NOT pressed before leaving the factory.  For this reason, there will be some wrinkling upon arrival.  A slight steaming from your reputable cleaners (and some dress shops) should alleviate this problem. Please do not attempt to iron your gown as the materials are quite delicate.
  • Shipping Policy:  Buyer is to pay all shipping, and insurance fees. Insurance is approximately 20% of the declared value of your gown.   Any gown DAMAGED during shipping will be promptly reordered by the manufacturer and reshipped to you, provided you've purchased insurance to cover this event. 
  • Returns/Exchanges:  MBC does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  Retail establishments do not accept returns, MBC asks that you take responsibility for your measurements -- mistakes will be costly!
